I - SHIPPING
a) General:
If your order contains pre-order items, please be aware that it will only be shipped when all items have been produced.
If I find out there are unexpected shipping limitations to your country, I will contact you and give you the option to cancel/refund or hold your order until shipping becomes available again.
All non-flat orders are shipped with regular tracked mail.
b) Sticker and Print Mail:
This is for sticker-only and/or Print-only orders. Since they’re flat and lightweight items, I want to avoid overly expensive shipping and offer more flexibility. The most affordable option is standard not-tracked shipping.

If you do want your sticker/print orders to be shipped with tracking, please add "Tracking (Prints & Stickers)" to your cart.
Note: Considering the tracking is an optional feature, upon buying the items with normal non-tracking mail you acknowledge and accept that it is not the store's responsibility if a package gets lost.
c) UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SHIPPING ‼️
Shipping/mail services have been resumed, but the process and prices have been changed.
The Portuguese Postal Services have partnered with a cross-border trade company to help with duty calculations, tariff classifications, and compliance over the new laws and rules established by the USA Government and custom authorities.
This is a new bureaucratic system that has made the whole process far more complex than it was, which means it will take longer for me, as a seller, to process each order.
The prices: these have been raised due to the new need of paying a 10 - 20% deposit for duty fees that still may not be covered completely. That will be reassessed once the package is processed by the US custom authorities and they may charge both you and me for tariffs and processing fees.
There are instances the US custom authorities overcharge both the customer and seller for custom/duty and tariff fees depending on the items that have been purchased - for this, I will be declaring the package as a gift under 100USD*. However, this means that I will not be able to offer a refund if the package gets lost or damaged.
*according to the US customs - all gift packages under 100usd are exempt from tariff and/or custom fees (these also depend on the nature of the items that are sent. You can visit the The Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS)to check if the items you'd like to purchase are exempt of tariffs or not)
d) ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:
Vary from country to country but you can expect these:
EU: 1-2 weeks
UK: 1-3 weeks
US: 1-4 weeks
Everywhere else: 1-3 weeks
Note: these are estimated shipping times and do not include customs clearance time.

II - PROCESSING TIMES
Average processing times can vary between 2 to 10 working days.
Pre-order items take longer to ship due to the production and shipping times. Pre-order production times vary between 1 to 3 months and will be communicated and updated through social media. If you wish to receive non pre-order items faster, place a separate order for those.
**All above things considered, pre-orders will not be refunded nor cancelled once the products have been sent for production.

III - CUSTOMS, TARIFFS AND IMPORT TAXES
You are responsible for any and all customs, tariffs or import fees that may apply. Said fees and delays due to customs are not the shop's responsibility.
Also, please consider that once your order arrives at your country, most issues regarding the status of your order will have to be dealt with your local post. However, please do contact me to see if I can help in any way from this side.
If your order was severely damaged or an item is missing, please contact me and we will figure something out

IV - WRONG ADDRESSES AND RETURNED ORDERS ❗️
If the wrong address is provided, and an order is unable to reach its final destination, or for any other reason, the order is sent back, you will be contacted about the issue so it can be discussed.
However:
❗️If contacted regarding a returned parcel, whether it is because of wrong address, unclaimed or shipping issues, and you do not respond within 1 month, the order will be marked as fulfilled and the returned item will be resold. No refunds will be provided after that time.

V - DATA HANDLING AND PROTECTION
The customers information (provided when placing an order) will solely be used to process orders and, if needed, as a way of contact. All the information provided is private, and will only be used up until an order is fully fulfilled. No data will be saved, stored or used for any other purpose aside the fulfilment of the orders placed.
